How to hide/promote activities from display

The User Profile page is the page that other users can see inside of the UGA log-in system via the "Find a colleague" search feature. Your activities are displayed at the bottom of the page under each category. However, you do have the ability to hide activities from this page. To do so, follow these instructions:

Locate the record you wish to hide

At the bottom of the record, you will see a set of icons. 

The blue "Eye icon" removes the activity from your User profile page. 
 

The "Heart icon" promotes the record as a favorite on your User Profile and will be listed in this category.
