How to Log in

You can log in to the UGA Elements system by selecting the UGA Elements Login button here.

Currently, Symplectic supports the following browsers for Elements:

Browser	Version	Notes
Firefox	Latest stable version supported	Minimum screen resolution of 1024 x 768 (when browsers are maximised).
Chrome	Latest stable version supported	Minimum screen resolution of 1024 x 768 (when browsers are maximised).
Internet Explorer	Versions 9.0, 10.0, 11.0	Minimum screen resolution of 1024 x 768 (when browsers are maximised). 'Compatibility View' is not supported.
Safari	Version 6+ on OS X and above	Minimum screen resolution of 1024 x 768 (when browsers are maximised).

NOTE: This means that Symplectic will not fix bugs related to the versions that predate those in the list above.

Trouble Logging in

Problem

When I try to link to any of the "UGA Elements" web addresses, my screen shows only the message "Disallowed key characters" (otherwise a blank screen).

Solution

The "Disallowed key characters" problem you are experiencing can be resolved by clearing your web browser cache. To clear your cache, please follow the link below to the instructions
appropriate to your web browser.
